The bag filter will use its activated carbon, anthracite, homogeneous quartz sand and other comprehensive ingredients filter materials according to the characteristics of its raw water quality and purification treatment requirements. The filtering effect is good, and the effluent quality is stable. The device has few connection lines, is easy to operate, easy to manage and maintain.

The structural design of the bag filter is mainly to seal the top cover and the filter cartridge through four sets of hammer ring bolts, so that the filter can withstand high filtration pressure and water hammer pressure impact. The bag filter consists of a filter cartridge, a filter basket and a filter bag. The structure is compact and simple.

The liquid to be filtered in the bag filter enters through the inlet of the filter and effectively flows into the filter bag. After use, the filter bag is intercepted by the filter bag and is mainly discharged from the outlet of the filter. The import and export of equipment is usually designed from the inside to the bottom to facilitate cleaning. It is convenient and quick to replace the filter bag.

The first step of the bag filter is to close the inlet valve and open the exhaust valve to reduce the pressure inside the filter to normal pressure. In the second step, open the four sets of ring bolts on the top cover to open the top cover. In three steps, open the fixing ring of the filter bag, lift out a clogged filter bag, and then replace it with a new filter bag. In the fourth step, close the top cover and tighten the four sets of ring bolts. The fifth step is to open the intake valve and so on. When liquid flows out, the exhaust valve closes the exhaust valve. The whole process is usually completed in about 10-15 minutes.
