Bag filter matters needing attention when replacing the filter bag

1. First, close the water inlet valve and open the exhaust valve to let the pressure in the bag filter drop to normal pressure;

2. Open the four sets of eye bolts on the top cover and open the top cover;

3. Open the retaining ring that fixes the filter bag, remove the clogged filter bag, and replace it with a new filter bag;

4. Close the top cover and tighten the four sets of eye bolts;

5. Open the water inlet valve and close the exhaust valve when liquid flows out from the exhaust valve.

The total process is generally completed in about 10-15 minutes.

Maintenance of bag filter:

Generally, when the pressure difference of the bag filter reaches 2-3 kg, it proves that the filter bag is basically blocked. At this time, there is very little liquid flowing out of the filter outlet. At this time, the filter bag should be replaced. According to different conditions of use, if the process requires that the flow of the filter is not lower than half of the flow, the filter bag should be replaced when the pressure difference reaches about 1 kg. The service life of the filter bag is determined by the turbidity of the raw water, the filter time, the filter flow rate, and the filter area of the filter bag.
