Self-cleaning filter eight guidelines for installation matters.

1. When installing and using, pay attention to the protection of the control box, sensors and transmission parts to prevent damage.

2. Connect the pipes in the direction indicated by the arrow on the body of the self-cleaning filter so that the water flow direction is the same as the arrow on the body.

3. The self-cleaning filter should be installed in front of the water-using equipment that needs to be protected, and as close as possible to the water-using equipment.

4. In the power system, the self-cleaning filter should be installed between the water pump and the water equipment, the closer it is to the water equipment, the better.

5. The connection mode of the automatic drain valve is divided into flange and threaded. The drain pipe should not be too long, not more than 10 meters.

   

6. The convenience of maintenance should be considered during installation, shut-off valves should be installed before and after the self-cleaning filter, and bypass pipes should be installed.

7. The specifications of the self-cleaning filter should match the pipeline or flow rate. When a single filter cannot meet the system flow requirements, two sets can be connected in parallel to meet the system filtration requirements.

8. When the self-cleaning filter is installed outdoors, please pay attention to waterproofing and rain.
