The pressure in the hydraulic motor room and suction tube of the automatic self-cleaning filter drops significantly, and due to the negative pressure, the dirt on the inner wall of the fine screen is sucked by the suction nozzle, which flows into the hydraulic motor room by the hydraulic motor and is discharged by the sewage valve, forming a suction process. When the automatic self-cleaning filter water flows through the hydraulic motor, it drives the suction tube to rotate, and the piston of the hydraulic cylinder drives the suction tube to make axial movement, and the suction component cleans the whole inner surface of the screen through the combination of axial movement and rotational movement. The whole cleaning process will last for tens of seconds.
The automatic self-cleaning filter drain valve closes at the end of cleaning, and the increased water pressure causes the hydraulic cylinder piston to return to its initial position, and the automatic self-cleaning filter begins to prepare for the next flushing cycle. During the cleaning process, the normal filtering work of the filter is uninterrupted.
