1、Working filtration: When the backwashing filter is working normally, the water flow steering valve is open. 2、Rinsing and discharging: When the backwashing filter is flushed normally, the water flow steering valve is open. When the fine particle impurities and suspended matter in the water retained by the screen reach a certain amount, the valve on the discharge port will be opened, that is, the impurities stuck in the collection section of the filter will be flushed out of the action of the water flow until the discharge water is clear. Then close the valve on the discharge port to enter the normal working state.
3、Backwashing discharge: When the backwashing filter is backwashed, the water flow steering valve is closed and the discharge valve is opened, at which time the water is forced to enter the outside of the filter cylinder and the shell sandwich from the mesh hole of the inlet section of the filter cylinder and reverse the impurities adhering to the mesh hole from the outside of the cylinder to achieve the purpose of cleaning the filter. As the steering valve is closed, the flow rate increases after the water passes through the backwash valve and the backwash effect.
