Shanghai Jiucheng ST series basket filter (abbreviated as ST filter), this filter uses a metal filter basket as the filter element. The filter basket can be cleaned and reused with low cost. It can not only filter impurities, but also protect key equipment.

ST filter is a pressure filter device, mainly composed of filter cylinder, upper cover, filter basket and other components. The liquid flows in from the inlet of the machine, and flows out from the outlet after being filtered by the filter basket. The impurities are intercepted in the filter basket. During maintenance, you only need to clean the filter basket or open the bottom drain outlet.

ST filter has the characteristics of simple structure, quick and flexible operation, etc. The filter can be installed with filter elements such as composite filter basket, punching filter basket, wedge-shaped filter basket and so on.

ST filters are subdivided into 4 sub-series:

STS series single basket structure, quick opening upper cover design, suitable for a wide range of occasions. Adopting Jiucheng Industrial's low inlet and high outlet design; impurities are directly discharged from the sewage outlet, which can effectively reduce the labor intensity of workers and reduce the frequency of cleaning the filter basket, thereby saving operating costs.

STY series pipeline filter, the inlet and outlet are located on the same horizontal line, which saves space and reduces elbows for easy installation.

STM series multi-basket structure, quick-opening upper cover design, suitable for large flow occasions, compact structure, large filter area, convenient cleaning of the filter basket, and flexible inlet and outlet layout design;

STT series single basket structure, the inlet and outlet are located on the same horizontal line, which reduces elbows and facilitates installation;
