2. Mining backwashing filter effect test: The key to the backwashing effect lies in the size of the backwashing pressure, the amount of flow loss of hair rinsing, and the control of backwashing time. Add 50-5 mesh sieve of coal dust to the filter inlet, move the flow meter and pressure sensor to the filter outlet, close ball valve 1 and adjust the opening of ball valves 3 and 4 so that the filter gets different inlet pressure and flow rate. The reading of the pressure sensor during backwashing is the pressure required for backwashing, and the difference between the reading of the flow meter before and during backwashing is the lost flow rate.
