When the filter works, the water to be filtered enters from the water outlet, flows through the filter screen and enters the pipeline required by the user through the outlet for process circulation, and the particles and impurities in the water are retained inside the filter screen. When the difference reaches the set value, the differential pressure transmitter transmits the electric signal to the controller, and the control system starts the drive motor to drive the shaft to rotate through the transmission component, and the filter opens the discharge port at the same time. When the filter is cleaned, the differential pressure drops to a small value and the system returns to the initial filtration state, and the system runs normally.

The filter is composed of the shell, multiple filter elements, backwashing mechanism, and differential pressure controller. The horizontal partition inside the filter shell divides the inner chamber into upper and lower chambers, and the upper chamber is equipped with multiple filter cartridges, so as to fully utilize the filtering space and significantly reduce the volume of the filter, while backwashing suction cups are installed in the lower chamber. When the filter works, the turbid liquid enters the lower chamber of the filter through the entrance and then enters the inner chamber of the filter element through the hole of the partition. The impurities larger than the gap of the filter cartridge are retained, and the net liquid reaches the upper chamber through the gap and is sent out through the outlet.

Backwashing can be completed in tens of seconds.

Long filter life: the new plastic filter element is strong, non-abrasive, non-corrosive, very little scaling, proven by many years of industrial practice, no wear and tear even after 6 to 10 years of use, will not age, filtration and backwashing effect will not deteriorate due to the use of time.
