2、High-pressure backwashing: When the differential pressure reaches the preset value, the system automatically starts the stroke motor and backwashing high-pressure pump, at this time, the transmission device drives the sewage shaft equipped with suction nozzle to do rotation and horizontal round-trip movement on the inside of the screen. The backwashing water penetrates the screen, and the impurities stripped from the screen are quickly sucked into the discharge shaft by the suction nozzle and discharged from the discharge chamber.

3、Reset: After one backwash stroke, the differential pressure is reduced, the parts are reset and the system re-enters normal operation. Use the valve to close and open to achieve.

4、Under normal conditions, the steering valve opens and the water is filtered through the filter cartridge and discharged from the outlet.

5、When the drain valve station is opened, the total flow of liquid through the filter increases, the flow rate increases, which impulses the impurities stuck on the wall of the filter pipe, and the impurities are discharged from the drainage port.

6、When the steering valve is closed and the drain valve is opened, the water is forced to enter the outside of the filter cartridge from the inlet section mesh, most of it flows out from the outlet, and part of it enters the inside of the filter cartridge from the outside of the filter through the impurity collection section mesh, which produces a backwash to the filter cartridge, achieving the effect of flushing the impurities adhering to the mesh from the outside of the filter cartridge, and the impurities are still discharged through the drain.
