MS Strong Magnetic Iron Remover

Shanghai Jiucheng MS series magnetic filter (referred to as MS iron separator) is used to remove iron contaminants (such as rust, iron filings) and other fine ferromagnetic impurities, which can effectively improve the purity of products on the production line and protect key equipment from Damaged by iron particles. MS iron remover adopts three-dimensional finite element analysis method to design the magnetic circuit and distribution of the magnet bar. The whole machine is made of all stainless steel structure material. Its core magnetic rod is a neodymium iron boron permanent magnet material produced by a new process with a peak surface magnetic field intensity greater than 12000 Gauss, which is a world-class material. Continuous stainless steel welding is used between the magnet bar and the connecting piece. The upper cover can adopt quick-opening or sanitary clamp design.
